Titan MIMO is a scalable, customizable, large-scale MIMO system solution based on the PicoSDR 8x8 that provides a state-of-the-art industrial telecommunications standard architecture based on uTCA and FMC in a modular approach. Titan MIMO has strong baseband processing to ensure unlimited data throughput channel aggregation. The RF module uses a standard FMC daughter card that includes a complete solution for TDD and FDD RF front-end and baseband processing.

The Titan MIMO Radio Remote Head (RRH: Radio Remote Head) is based on the Nutaq Radio 640x FMC RF Module and the Perseus 611x High Performance FPGA Baseband Processing Module. The FPGA baseband processing module provides pre-/post-processing functions. The RRH provides 4x TRX RF transceivers from 70MHz to 6GHz. It also supports 7x user-defined 20Gbps P2P interfaces for channel aggregation and mesh processing between multiple RRHs.
Titan MIMO RRH Architecture
The smallest unit of Titan MIMO is the PicoSDR8x8 MIMO base unit. Multiple 8x8 devices can easily expand the system channel number to form a large MIMO system of 16x16, 32x32 or even 128x128, and Nutaq guarantees channel consistency and clock reference synchronization.
