Littelfuse has announced that it has added two new products to its power control semiconductor portfolio. The new half-bridge IGBT modules offer industry-standard S, D or WD packages and ratings up to 1200V and 600A, providing reliable and flexible high-speed and fast switching speeds based on modern IGBT technology. These products are designed for a variety of power control applications, including AC motor controllers, motion/servo controllers, inverters, power supplies, and solar inverters. The new phase arm and conventional cathode circuit rectifier diode modules are rated for 1800V and 200A, providing higher thermal efficiency for longer life and reliability. Its industry-standard S and A package sizes allow standard diodes to have up to 200A of output current. The rectifier diode module is designed for conventional high voltage applications such as high voltage regulated power supplies, lighting circuits, temperature and motor speed control circuits, UPS and battery chargers. Both product families offer standard and custom solutions to meet the circuit designer's performance standards.
